Welcome to Casa Roberto, a four-bedroom, three-bath split-level home with sweeping ocean views from every room, set into a gentle hillside overlooking the lush farmland of Pescadero. We are an 8-minute drive from Playa Los Cerritos and 15 mins south of Todos Santos.

The property sleeps 8 comfortably in three queen beds and one California king bed. 

A detached studio casita with its own kitchenette is just steps from the main house. The California king bed is in the master bedroom, which has enormous view windows in two directions. The two guest bedrooms on the south side of the house are just a few steps down from the living and dining area. One of the living room sofas is a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa. 

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a double sink and laundry area. The casita has its own bathroom. The third bathroom is shared by the two side-by-side guest bedrooms.

All three bedrooms in the main house have built-in floating rosewood desks that serve as dedicated workspaces. The casita has a drop-leaf round table. Starlink provides fast Internet; TP-Link mesh units spread the signal through the property. A 55” Smart TV in the living room with a firestick gets most news and sports channels and allows guests to enter their own Netflix and Amazon Prime passwords.

The casita kitchen is well-equipped with drip and French press coffee makers, a hot water kettle, microwave, pots and pans, necessary utensils, and basic staples such as olive oil, balsamic, and spices. The main house kitchen is also fully stocked, including all of the above and a toaster, blender, and dishwasher. Plastic wine glasses are provided for use on the pool deck. A purified Ciel water jug dispenser provides drinking water.

A shaded carport at the top of the property has a fob-controlled electronic gate that can also be switched to manual and contains a 20,000-liter cistern for showering and washing up water. Concrete steps on one side lead down to a La Perla Mosaico tiled front patio. Stone steps on the other side of the carport lead to the pool deck at the rear of the house, allowing beachgoers to wash sandy feet in an outdoor hot-and-cold shower and relax in the pool, which is heated by solar mats. 

The front hallway closet contains beach chairs, umbrellas, yoga mats, and a small ice chest. There are two boogie boards. Additional equipment can be rented from Mario Surf School at Cerritos Beach or the nearby Pescadero Surf Shop.
