Rules & Restrictions
- Must respect the guidelines and restrictions established in the land use table
- Up to 25% of roofed building terraces with NON-fixed coverings allowed
- Must respect the maximum number of residential and economic units per lot
- Property boundaries must have elements that allow visual permeability and wildlife passage
- On lots adjacent to ZOFEMAT with beach or coastal dune frontage, the front restriction will be 20 to 30 meters from the second dune
- Natural cliffs and rocky beaches cannot be modified
