Originally from New Jersey, Richie brings several years of experience in property management and hospitality to his role. Before moving to Todos Santos in 2001, he was a passionate coach for high school football and wrestling teams. Once in Todos Santos, he quickly founded Ricardo Amigo Real Estate, a full-service, family-run business that stands out for its personal and unique approach. A firm believer in giving back to his community, Rich made a significant donation in 2014 when he contributed his home to the creation of the Sierra School of Education. He remains an active supporter of local events, individuals, and businesses to this day. Rich knows how to balance hard work with a well-lived life. When he's not engaged in real estate or community initiatives, he loves to indulge in the local cuisine, catch some waves surfing, and cherish moments with his family and friends.
