At the airport in San José del Cabo, the test can be done approximately for $23.00 USD including material/administration/certificate; it is highly recommended for the guests to get there early.

In Todos Santos, at St. Judes Medical Center, PCR tests can be obtained for approximately $200 USD with results within 48 hours. Also antigen tests are close to $40 USD and results can be available in nearly 2 hours.
