This elegant Tuscan-inspired villa sits just steps from the beach in a very private area of beautiful San Sebastian, Todos Santos.You enter the beautifully landscaped property through a lovely wrought iron gate before arriving at the living area of the estate. The yard is only a few steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk to a turtle release site. The property consists of a one-bedroom main house with four casitas that have their own entrances and en suite baths. All of the units are air-conditioned and come fully stocked with sheets, towels, hair dryers, and private safes.

• Main house: This is the heart of the property. It includes a stately master suite, a living area, and a full kitchen with terracotta tile throughout. The living room has a wall of windows with French doors out to the pool. There is comfortable seating around a fireplace and a half bathroom with colorful tile walls. The kitchen has a dining table that seats six, concrete counters, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. On the opposite side is a master bedroom with French doors for direct access to the pool. The master bathroom, with its warm coloring, offers an extra-large bath tub with a window view to the bedroom area, dual sinks, and a separate shower.
• Artist Refuge:' Above the main house is an independent second master suite with an ocean view patio and its own entrance. The bedroom has a fine gas fireplace and a wet bar with a fridge. The bathroom facilities in this suite are divided into two units with separate access: the first is a large, beautifully tiled shower room, and the second is a room with a toilet and sink. There are French doors that open to a wrap-around patio with a large seating area and great views of the pool and ocean.
• Casita Hibiscus: This is the largest of the casitas and is a free-standing suite with a separate kitchen and small sitting area. It includes a similarly tiled bathroom, a large closet, and a bedroom featuring a queen bed.
• Casita Plumeria: This casita offers two twin beds and a tiled shower bathroom. The main room opens to a fountained courtyard.
• Casita Gardenia: This casita offers a queen bed and a tiled shower bathroom. The main room opens to a fountained courtyard.

The rear of the property has a private gate for you to walk a short distance to the Pacific Ocean!

Other amenities include a garage, laundry area, and outstanding palm and fruit trees.

Pool & Outdoor Living Area: The property features a pool area, a BBQ area to enjoy outdoor meals, and a private gate that leads you to walk a few steps to the beach. There is also a cabana with a bathroom and an outdoor shower for convenience.
